We are Glenn, Marjorie, Jake, Erika, Nick, Krister and Annaliese - The Broce Family. Glenn and Marjorie have been married since 1990, and have been involved with churches all of our lives. We are full-time missionaries in Kampala, Uganda since January 2012. We are working to bring transformation - Spirit, Soul & Body to Uganda. In June 2011, we finished a 15 month assignment to Casa Angelina, an orphanage in the highlands of Guatemala. We call Colorado Springs, Colorado (USA) our home base, but have lived in Tennessee, Germany, Texas and California.
Glenn's first missionary trip was to Mexico, when he was just 14 years old. That trip planted a seed in Glenn, which would later grow to 16 mission trips, which varied from 3 days to 2 months in length.

It was March 16, 2010 that Glenn and his family finally entered full-time missions work, beginning at an orphanage called Casa Angelina, in the highlands of Guatemala. Glenn worked as teams liaison for the more than monthly teams that came to work at the orphanage, as well as many other projects and tasks assigned to him.
Currently, Glenn is the pastor for the Bible Study (2nd service) at Grace Assembly Church in Old Kampala, and he and his, Marjorie, co-teach. He also preaches quite often first and/or third services. He oversees the Grace Media Productions, which produces Christian resources for church leaders via DVDs, CDs and books. Glenn creates all of Pastor Joshua Lwere's animations for his PowerPoint teachings.
Glenn has an A.S. in Video Productions, a B.S. in Computer Science Information Systems and a M.A. in Biblical Studies. Glenn's previous employments include Area Manager for Croc Shoes Retail for Colorado/Assistant District Manager, 8 years in the U.S. Army as a Flight Crew Chief on Blackhawk helicopters, Data Analyst with U.P.S., intern at Skyline Wesleyan Church (John Maxwell's) for two years and worked for Injoy Ministries (also John Maxwell's) for two year.
Marjorie's first mission's trip was a 2 months trip to the Dominican Republic. It was there that she fell in love with reaching a dying world.

Marjorie has discovered that her role on the mission field is the same as that at home: to manage and take care of the children and household, which enables Glenn to be full-time working. She also assists Glenn as much as possible. Basically, she is awesome!
Marjorie has a B.A. in Communications and a M.A. in Biblical Studies. She also holds a K-12 teaching credential. Marjorie has taught 2nd grade, middle and high school grades. Currently, she teaches middle and high school Art at Heritage International School in Kampala, where our children attend. She also does periodic training for Sunday School churches at our church in Kampala. She leads a woman's monthly Bible study/support group for missionaries also here in Kampala.
